Since its inception
Avgi Solutions started in 2014 with just two people in a makeshift office when there were about 500 start-ups in Koramangala, Bangalore. According to Hemant, there are three key things that differentiate Avgi Solutions from other start-ups. First, the company decided to be on value and not sheer valuation. Second, the company committed to run the business based on fundamental P&L principles. And third, Avgi Solutions chose to close projects that were long term in nature so that the people hired are assured of long-term employment, "the customers that we deal with stay committed to us for years together, and we become a core contributor to their success", adds Hemant.

From a start-up, to becoming one of the top 20 IT Service companies in Bangalore has been a matter of great pride for Avgi Solutions. 100 percent of its revenues today come from the US markets. The company primarily caters to the retail BFSI and emergency services verticals.
