
TCS Secures USD 1 Billion Deal with Tata Sons-owned British Carmaker JLR

TCS will assist JLR improve its digital capabilities by leveraging its contextual knowledge, deep subject experience, proprietary platforms, extensive partner network, and future-ready talent pool. TCS will provide a wide range of services as part of the new relationship, including application development and maintenance, corporate infrastructure management, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and data services.
This agreement will produce significant savings for JLR over the next five years through supplier synergies and economies of scale, releasing free cash flow to deploy in the future. Aside from the new contract, TCS is collaborating with JLR to advance its vision of a modern luxury client experience adapted to diverse markets across the world.

TCS has operated in the UK for more than 45 years and currently employs more than 23,000 people in the UK and Ireland.
